With the assignment overview, employees have access to an overview of all their assignments across different stages. To access the assignment overview, click on the playlist_add_check_circle -icon at the top right of your screen.
In this overview, the assignments are separated into different tabs:
- Draft: Assignments that are in the process of being created and do not yet have a timeslot.
- Planned: Assignments with a set timeslot.
- Live: Assignments that are currently live.
- Taken: Assignments that are taken. From this tab, you can easily archive assignments, either individually or in bulk. This can be done with the archive icon.
- Archived: Assignments that have been archived. From this overview, you can easily unarchive assignments, either individually or in bulk. This can be done with the unarchive button.
You can refine your results using various filters, including Date, Label, Studies, Created By, Assessment Type, School Year, Locations, Integrations, and Assignment Type. Available filters may vary based on the selected tab.
It is also possible to change the label of an assignment from within this overview. Click on the label next to the assignment to select a different label. It is also possible to change the label for multiple assignments at the same time using the label_important-button.
