After participants have taken a test, you have the option to export exercises, assignment insights and question insights. You can also export the participants' responses for specific question types.
To export a specific file, follow the steps below.
- Click your domain School name in the menu on the left.
- Click label_important Courses in the menu at the top.
- Select your course or use the search bar.
- Select your assignment or use the search bar.
- Click settings Settings in the menu at the top.
- Click Exports in the menu on the left.
- Click Export next to the option you want to export.
- The export of exercises and question types is done as a background job. You will receive an email with a link to your background job. Alternatively, you can check your background jobs from within the platform by following the steps here.
- The export of assignment insights and question insights is not done as a background job. Both of these exports will begin to download as a .csv file.

Responses to multiple choice questions (selected options or all options in shown order)
Export the responses into a .csv file. When selecting the shown order option, the .csv file which also contains all other answer options and the correct answer option. The correct answers will be capitalised, the chosen answer is shown in between brackets.
