Bug fixes
-
Fixed an issue where department administrators could not upload files in question banks
Previously, department administrators required access through contributors instead of linked studies to upload files within a question bank. This has now been corrected so department administrators only need access through studies. This issue only occurred when a department administrator attempted to upload a file to a question bank without any contributors. In such cases, the access check incorrectly validated whether the users in the question bank were part of the administrator’s department, rather than checking the linked study. Since no users were added, department administrators were not authorised to upload files.

Fixed an issue with removing and restoring results while making changes to an assignment
Previously, when all results were removed and changes were made to an assignment, restoring the results could cause an error page to appear. Now, results can be removed, questions can be created or deleted, and the results can then be restored successfully without errors.
-
Fixed an issue where Ans proctoring would not report incidents
Previously, there was an issue where proctoring events were not tracked. Now, this has been resolved so that these events are once again tracked as expected. For more information about the Ans proctoring settings, please refer to this article.
-
Fixed an issue where empty open questions in written assignments were left ungraded instead of automatically set to 0 points
Previously, open questions that were left unanswered in written assignments would not be automatically reviewed. Now, empty open questions are automatically set to 0 points.
-
Fixed an issue where the results overview did not show that a student had multiple attempts for a written assignment
Previously, the results overview page indicated multiple attempts only for digital assignments, not for written ones. This update introduces a label to the written assignment results overview that clearly shows the student had multiple attempts and which attempt is being displayed.
