Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue with student objective percentage not updating after setting contribution to full points
  Previously, changing a question's contribution to “Full points” did not update the student's objective percentages. It stayed at the original value. Now, setting the question contribution to “Full points” updates the objective percentage to 100%.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where it was not possible to upload content when leaving a comment after finishing a digital test
  Previously, learners were unable to upload images or files when leaving a comment after completing a digital test using the "Allow comments after the test" layout setting. Now, file uploads in post-test comments work as expected.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where navigating through the answer of an open question during reviewing did not always work
  Previously, navigating through given answers on an open question would remove the styling and not inform you when the last version was reached. Now, the process has been streamlined and the styling of the answer remains consistent. Any errors while navigating are clearly shown using messages in the bottom left corner of the screen.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where deleting file uploads in the rich text editor caused the question to become non reviewable
  Previously, in assignments where a plagiarism integration was enabled, if a file had been uploaded and then removed using the rich text editor in open‑ended questions, the question could no longer be reviewed. Now, removing a file upload does not cause problems when reviewing the result.
  
  
• Fixed an issue in which hex‑format colour values were not accepted in written assignments
  Previously, using hex colour values in the HTML styling of questions or descriptions caused the written assignment preview to fail. Hex colours are now supported and correctly converted, so previews load as expected.
