Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where exercises were automatically linked when copying an assignment, even if the exercise was not in sync
  Previously, when copying course assignments, exercises would always be linked to the same question bank exercise as the original. This could lead to situations where the exercise appeared to be completely linked, but the questions may not be, due to them being different from the question bank. Now, the exercise will only be linked if the entire exercise is in sync with the question bank, to avoid strange syncing behaviour afterwards.
