Assignments are limited to 1500 exercises
Previously there was no limitation to the maximum amount of exercises per assignment. To ensure the stability of the platform, a limit of 1500 exercises per assignment has now been set. Existing assignments with more than 1500 exercises can still be taken and reviewed, but it is no longer possible to add more exercises to these assignments.Trying to copy an existing question bank assignment with more than 1500 exercises to a course assignment will only copy the first 1500 exercises. Removing an exercise frees a place for another one.
The limit applies wherever exercises are added: the new exercise dialog, adding existing exercises from a question bank, the API, and QTI imports. This keeps very large assignments from affecting the stability of the platform.

Fixed an issue where assignment access codes were limited to an amount of tries based on the IP-Address
Previously, an IP address had 10 attempts per minute where the access code could be filled in incorrectly. After those incorrect attempts, Ans temporarily blocked all requests to verify the access code for those sharing the same IP-Address. This left the opportunity for a single student to purposefully input incorrect access codes and temporarily block students from starting an assignment. This would also happen when multiple students were filling in an incorrect access code simultaneously. Now, the amount of times an incorrect access code can be entered within a certain time frame, is based on a student's unique ID.
