Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where importing fill-in questions with QTI would set it as the wrong gap type
  Due to an earlier update to how fill-in questions are structured, the QTI 2.1 import would sometimes create alphanumeric fill-in questions that still required a numeric value. This fix updates QTI 2.1 import feature, aligning it with the correct structure. Alphanumeric fill-in questions are now correctly imported as such.
   
• Fixed an issue where IP addresses from publications would be shown on results
  Previously, changes to a result, such as viewing the publication, would be included in the IP addresses shown for that result. Now the IP addresses only show the actions taken within the taking of the result.
   
• Fixed an issue where a student could create a second attempt when the assignment did not allow multiple attempts
  Previously, in rare cases a student was able to create 2 attempts when clicking on the start digital test button twice quickly. Now, the second click is rejected if the assignment only allows 1 attempt.
