Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where the internet loss alerts remained on screen after the connection was restored
  Previously, the message informing students that they had lost internet connection would remain when student navigated to a different question and regained connection. Now, the message remains only until the internet connection is re-established.
   
• Fixed an issue where fill-in dropdown gaps' value would not always be correct
  Previously, the values of fill-in gaps using dropdowns would be parsed as HTML. This could sometimes result in the selected value being different from what was shown in the interface. Now, the value of dropdown options is the same as what is shown.
   
• Fixed an issue where the PDF of written assignment results would be empty
  Previously, combining written assignment results' pages would not be retried when the process failed, resulting in an empty PDF being shown when reviewing. Now, the process is retried, to ensure that PDFs are always available when reviewing results.
