Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where unanswered questions with a predefined answer still needed to be manually graded 
  Previously, when using an open question with a predefined answer, the question would not be graded automatically with zero points, even if the student did not enter anything in the text field. Now, the question will be graded automatically with zero points if the student does not enter an answer. 
   
• Fixed an issue where copying an assignment with duplicate domain names would fail
  Previously, if an assignment contained questions with objectives from two domains that shared the same name, one linked to a question bank and one not, this would result in duplicated domains and objectives within the course. Now, domains and objectives are no longer duplicated.
   
• Fixed an issue where high contrast mode did not apply to all elements in a digital test
  Previously, the text of the option “Leave unanswered”, the rich text editor and the Ω button in fill-in-the-gaps questions remained in their original font colour when a student was using high-contrast mode during a digital test. Now, the text and buttons are also displayed in yellow when high-contrast mode is enabled.
   
• Fixed an issue where the assignment duration indication would not include extra time
  Previously, the ending time of assignments' timeslots would not take extra time into consideration. This has now been fixed so the duration includes extra time.
   
• Fixed an issue where results that received the maximum mark were not always added to the passed marks in the assignment insights
  In some cases the results with a mark equal to the maximum mark would not be shown in the assignment insights histogram. Now, those results are included in the histogram as intended.
   
• Fixed an issue where the menu in a result would be scrollable when on the 'Discussions' tab
  Previously the tabs on a result would change in size depending on the tab you were on. When on the discussions tab, they would be cut off too early and you would need to scroll horizontally to view the log and settings of the result. Now, the tabs are always the same size. 
   
• Fixed an issue where trashed results were resubmitted based on the original timeslot deadline
  Previously, a trashed result would be resubmitted automatically on its original deadline. This deadline was the one initially set according to the allowed timeslot when the result was created. Now, trashed results will remain submitted at the correct time.
   
• Fixed an issue where the sorted results overview was not restored when using the browser “Back” button
  Previously, some filters on the platform, such as the sorting on the results overview, became inaccessible when navigating back to them using the browser’s back button. This has now been resolved across the entire platform, so the back button behaves as expected.
   
• Fixed an issue where bundling the forms of a large written assignment would fail
  Previously, when zipping a written assignment with many pages and images the server would run out of disk space. The disk space has now been increased to accommodate these large assignments.
