Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where importing a Respondus file into a question bank would show an error
  Previously, when importing a Respondus file containing a header row, Ans could sometimes attempt to import the header as a question, which would result in a background job error. We have now improved our Respondus import service by skipping the header row entirely. Importing a Respondus file into a question bank should no longer produce an error in the background job log.
   
• Fixed an issue where tags could contain special space characters, which would prevent filtering
  Previously, it was not possible to filter on tags with special space characters, such as \u00A0. Now, the text is standardized when the tag is created, and existing tags have been updated to use regular spaces.
   
• Fixed an issue where the highlighted box no longer appeared when reviewing paper-based assignments
  Previously, questions were no longer highlighted in the PDF preview for bubble sheet and written assignments. Now, the highlights have been restored and clicking on the question redirects the user to the question.
