Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where external users' questions banks were visible and accessible to the school that they are a guest of
  Previously, when viewing the question banks from an external user, administrators were able to see the name of questions banks outside their school. If they attempted to click on the question bank they would receive the "Access denied" error message. Furthermore, users were able to view and access external question banks from the question bank overview and the home page without switching accounts. Now, these question banks are no longer shown, and users must switch accounts in order to access an external question bank.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where the "Show score" button in the question bank exercise preview for hotspot and hotspot match questions did not work
  Previously, the "Show score" button in the question bank exercise preview did not work for hotspot and hotspot match questions. The side panel would show a blank value instead of the actual score. Now, the score is shown correctly again.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where an anonymous icon was displayed on the review page
  Previously, if an automatically graded question also included some manual grading, but the most recent grading was done automatically, an icon would appear without a name. This led to confusion, as there was no indication of who reviewed the question. Now, an icon with the reviewer’s name is displayed only when a question is manually graded
  
  
• Fixed an issue where staff members added as learners to a course saw the number of participants, the grading progress and the number of results in the assignments overview
  With this update, informational chips in the assignment overview are correctly shown or hidden based on the user’s course role, rather than their school role.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where sorting and searching for results at the same time would fail
  Previously, sorting the results overview while simultaneously using the search bar would result in an error. Now, this has been resolved so that both functionalities work together.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where tag updates did not change the updated_at attribute on exercises
  Previously, when tags on exercises were updated, the updated_at of the exercise would not change. Now, the updated_at attribute is updated to the time of the change.
