Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue that caused an error when re-importing an exported Objectives file
  Previously, when exporting objectives, the header name for the objective would be "name" instead of "objective", causing the import to fail. Now, the header name of objective uses 'objective', ensuring that the import succeeds.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where copying a question into the same question bank assignment would result in an error
  Previously, copying an exercise into a question bank assignment that already contained that exercise would result in an error. Now, a copy is created instead.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where 'Alignment' insights were unintentionally removed from the insights tab
  In the June 22nd release, grading time tracking was removed. This unintentionally removed the insights in the 'Alignment' tab if the grading was performed using the new grading experience. With this update, the 'Alignment' tab now displays the correct information.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where adjustments were not applied to the earned points of a question correctly.
  Previously, when editing an adjustment on a question, the system would incorrectly apply the new adjustment on top of the old one instead of replacing it. This issue has now been fixed so that editing an adjustment replaces the previous value and points are always calculated correctly. Affected institutions will be notified once the full impact is determined.
