Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue with permanently removing courses and assignments
  Previously, assignments with results and the courses that contained them were not being removed permanently after 180 days like intended. This caused the 'Removed items' lists to show courses and assignments long past their deletion date. Now, all eligible items are removed as expected, and any new courses or assignments that were removed for 180 days will be removed automatically as expected.
