Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where QTI exports were not recognised by some systems
  Previously, the QTI export was not recognised by some other systems, such as Brightspace, due to inconsistencies in the standards used within the export. Now, the export has been more standardised so that it can be accepted by more systems. The behaviour within Ans has not changed and older exports continue to be supported within the platform.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where authors would get a 'Something went wrong' screen when they tried to copy an exercise to a question bank assignment
  Previously, when copying an exercise from the question bank to a question bank assignment, as an author, would result in a "Something went wrong" screen. This is because authors are not allowed to add exercises to question bank assignments. Now, the question bank assignments are no longer shown, so they can no longer be selected.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where the extra time setting was not applied when users were added via an invitation link
  Previously, when a student with extra time was added to a course via an invitation link, the extra time was not applied correctly. In contrast, if the student was added manually, the extra time setting was applied as expected. Now, extra time is correctly set for students regardless of whether they are added manually or through an invitation link.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where filtering on 'Without objectives' in the question bank exercise overview did not show any exercises
  Previously, filtering on question bank exercises without objectives would return no results. Now, the filter works correctly again.
