Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where changes to the ProctorExam integration were not shown in the assignment log
  Previously, enabling, updating, and disabling the ProctorExam integration were not shown in the assignment log. Now, these actions are visible.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where annotation balloons on PDFs were misaligned in Chrome
  Since Chrome version 137, annotations in written assignments have appeared in the wrong spot when using zoom levels other than 100%. This issue was caused by a change in how Chrome handles SVG scaling, leading to annotations being scaled twice. We have removed the manual scaling and now rely on the browser’s native behavior. Please make sure to update to Chrome 137 to see the effect of this fix. If you cannot update to Chrome 137, you can either use Firefox or Safari or keep the scaling at 100% as a workaround.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where styling code appeared in test instructions after editing written assignments
  Previously, editing the test instructions on the cover page of a written assignment occasionally caused styling code to appear in the preview. Now, only the intended content is displayed.
