At the results overview, you have the option to export the marks, results or scoring. You can also export the result of an individual student, however, this option is only possible for digital tests.
In addition, you can export exercises, assignment insights, question insights and student responses for specific question types. These options can be found in the export tab of the assignment settings. You can read more about these options here.
When exporting results, the student number, full name and email address is always included, and Ans will always export the highest points. Additional information depends on the selected option under 'Information':
- Marks: Exports only final marks (Excel, CSV, Osiris format).
- Results: Includes marks, letter grades, total points, maximum points, groups, classes, start and submission times (Excel, CSV format).
- Scoring: Includes scoring per question or criterion (Excel, CSV format).
It is also possible to include learners who did not submit a result. The 'Participants' dropdown shows the total number of learners (with a mark), making it easier to see who is eligible to start and who has already received a mark. Selecting All X learners includes every learner assigned to a timeslot, even those who did not start the assignment. These learners are marked as no-shows in the export. A field is available to enter a custom label, which appears in the marks column for all learners without a result. The entered label is stored and shown by default in future result exports, including for other assignments.
There is no sort by option available, as sorting can be done directly in CSV or Excel and is not needed for Osiris exports.
Variable exports, previously available from the results dialogue, are now accessed from the assignment exports page.
