Result log

The log in a digital test can be viewed per student. In the log, you can see an overview of the date and time that the participant:

  • Started the assignment
  • Submitted the assignment
  • Viewed an exercise
  • Answered a question

In addition to providing detailed information about the participants, the result log will also include the following information:

  • Reviewing activity
    • Assigned/removed points
  • Reviews and review requests including content (the reviews feature is a beta feature and should be turned on first)
  • Incidents including content (the incidents feature is a beta feature and should be turned on first)
  • Flags including content
  • Discussions including content
  • Archiving actions
  • Removing and restoring of the result

The IP address of each activity is also displayed. To protect the privacy of students, we only show the last two blocks of the IP address. If the IP address is defined in Locations, the location name will also be shown alongside each activity.

To view the log of a participant, follow the steps below.

  1. Click the domain School name in the menu on the left.
  2. Click on label_important Courses in the menu at the top.
  3. Select your course or use the search bar. 
  4. Select your assignment or use the search bar. 
  5. Click Results in the menu at the top.
  6. Click on the result of the participant you want to view the audit log of.
  7. Click Log in the tab at the top. The log will be displayed.
