Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where reordering a flow group after duplicating a digital test would cause flow groups to have identical positions
  Previously, reordering flow groups after copying a digital test caused them to have duplicate positions. This was due to an outdated reference to the original assignment, which was still used for recalculating positions. Now, this reference is properly set to the new assignment, and reordering no longer results in duplicate positions or unexpected jumps.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where the 'Exporting files' beta feature did not work in combination with the new scan page
  With the introduction of the new scan page, the option to export all uploaded files in an assignment was unintentionally disabled and the button stayed greyed out. This has now been fixed, and the feature works as expected again.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where test instructions in a question bank assignment were not correctly displayed
  Previously, when test instructions were updated in a question bank assignment, the content appeared as unformatted HTML rather than displaying as intended. Now, test instructions are correctly rendered in their proper format.
