Fixed an issue where the question points were visible in the 'Digital test overview for participants' when this feature was disabled
Previously, the Digital test overview for participants beta feature did not listen to the 'Display the number of points for each question' setting in the layout settings. It always displayed the number of points per question. Now, the overview adheres to the layout settings and no longer displays the points when the option is disabled.

Improved the 'Allowed versions' placeholder values for the Safe Exam Browser
Previously, the placeholder values for Safe Exam Browser versions contained only a version number, which led some users to mistakenly assume it was the actual value. To clarify that these are example values, the placeholders are now prefixed with "e.g.".

Fixed an issue where the marking formula was not displayed properly
Previously, when updating the marking formula, the formula would not display properly. The formatting was not stylised and the variables would not appear as chips. Now, the page is reloaded properly after updating the marking formula, ensuring it is visually correct.

Fixed an issue where pasting a user's name did not show the user to add
In the previous release, the user addition dialog was improved by preventing pasted names from being converted into chips. However, pasting did not trigger a search, requiring an additional whitespace input. In this release, pasting a name now triggers the search immediately.

Fixed an issue where the question bank log did not show when a contributor was added or removed
Previously, the question bank log would only contain information about changes to the question name or trashed status. Now, the question bank log also contain information about contributors being added or removed from the question bank.

Fixed an issue where repro roles were unable to perform API requests

Fixed an issue where 'results.create' webhook events were no longer sent
Systems set up to receive 'results.create' webhook events had stopped receiving notifications due to an issue. This has now been resolved, and events are being sent as expected.
