Bug fixes
-
Fixed an issue where students could still be added to a question bank via a link when this was disabled in the student privileges
Previously, when the "Allow students to be invited as author/contributor to question banks" setting was disabled in student privileges, students could still join a question bank using an invitation link. Now, if this setting is disabled, the invitation link will no longer work for students.
-
Fixed an issue where the submitter's name was included in the one time password email sent to students
Previously, when the generate one time password email was sent to a student, the name of the staff member that generated this would also be displayed. For privacy reasons, this has been changed. The email will now only indicate that a one time password has been generated, without displaying the submitter's name.
-
Fixed an issue where webhook endpoints were available to all users
Previously, webhook events were sent to webhook endpoints regardless of authorisation. Now, the event type is checked to ensure the webhook endpoint's user has appropriate access to the information before it is sent.
-
Fixed an issue where department administrators would receive and error when clicking on the department administrators tab
Previously, if a department administrator clicked the 'Department Administrator' tab in the department settings of their school, an error would occur. Now, clicking this tab displays the department administrators in the department without any errors.
-
Fixed an issue where employees added as learners to a course still had access to the assignment settings within that course when using the API
Previously, when employees were added to courses as a learner, they could use the show endpoint for assignments, revealing more information than intended. Now, the show endpoint is blocked for assignments they should not have access to.
-
Fixed an issue where it was not possible to sort on courses in the user result overview
Previously, it was not possible to sort on courses in the user's result overview. Results can now be sorted by course again.
