Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where it was not possible to remove exercises from question bank assignments
  Due to a change in a previous patch release, attempts to remove exercises from a question bank assignment would result in a "Something went wrong" error page, and the exercises would not be removed. Now, exercises can be successfully removed from question bank assignments as expected.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where ProctorExam sessions could remain stuck on pending
  Previously, the connection between Ans and ProctorExam occasionally experienced issues, causing student sessions to remain incomplete and leaving students stuck on the pending screen. To address this, Ans will send a new request to ProctorExam, ensuring that sessions are successfully completed.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where students were sometimes forced to restart their Schoolyear session to continue their assignment
  Previously, students using the Schoolyear browser could be prevented from continuing their assignment, requiring them to restart their session or switch devices. This occurred because Ans incorrectly identified the Schoolyear session as invalid. Now, the validity check between Ans and Schoolyear has been improved, ensuring a more stable and reliable connection so students can continue their assignment without unnecessary interruptions.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where student names appeared in notifications even when the 'Grade anonymously' option was enabled
  Previously, if the ‘Grade anonymously’ option was enabled for an assignment, student names still appeared in notifications when they started a discussion. This fix ensures that student identities are now properly hidden in such cases.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where dates in the result and assignment logs were incorrect for logs created before September 2021
  Previously, objects in logs created before September 2021 displayed incorrect entry dates. They would show a later creation time. The logs have now been restored to their correct dates.
  
  
• Improved the name validation by supporting curly apostrophes
  Names with curly apostrophes (’) are now correctly accepted, alongside straight apostrophes ('). This fix ensures names like "O’Connor" and "D’Angelo" are properly recognised to better support a wider range of names.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where the change ownership dialog for paper-based assignments would still display an outdated student number after the ownership was changed
  Previously, when changing ownership of a paper-based assignment result, the dialog would continue to show the original student number instead of the updated one. This has now been resolved—the dialog correctly reflects the current student number after ownership changes.
