Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where the results count in the assignments tab displayed an incorrect amount of results
  Previously, if a timeslot of a digital test was adjusted while students were taking the test, Ans would attempt to submit the result twice at the deadline, causing the results count to increase double per result. Now, the result will only be submitted once, preventing the counter from being incremented twice.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where the size information for images was not set during question imports
  Previously, the sizing information for imported images in content was not set correctly, causing them to appear differently in written assignments compared to digital tests. Now, images are displayed with the correct sizing everywhere.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where the submitter's name was included in the email when submitting a student result
  Previously, when results were submitted—whether by the student or a staff member—the student would receive an email notification (if enabled) that included the name of the user who submitted the result. For privacy reasons, this has been changed. The email will now only indicate that the result has been submitted, without displaying the submitter's name.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where changing user's course role from an instructor role to a custom role would show an incomplete log entry
  Previously, when changing the role from 'Instructor' to a custom role, the course log would show an incomplete entry, displaying only the custom role name. Now, the log entry is complete and displays both role names.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where the LMS course list showed duplicate courses for administrators
  Previously, administrators sometimes saw the same course listed multiple times when linking an LMS course to an Ans course through LTI. The list now correctly displays each course only once.
  
  
• Fixed the Dutch translation of 'You haven't added any staff yet' in a course without staff
  Previously, courses without staff would always display this message in English. Now, this message will be displayed in Dutch when a user has the platform language set to Dutch.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where the learners count was incorrect after creating a group or class via the API
  Previously, when creating groups and classes via the API, the users added within the creation request would count double towards the users counter of that group or class. Now, the counter is accurate after creating the group or class.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where preview results could interfere with synchronising an assignment
  Previously, if another user was previewing an assignment while it was being synchronised, the process could become stuck. This was caused by the need to remove parts of the preview results. Now, synchronising an assignment automatically removes any preview results beforehand, ensuring the process runs as expected.
