Bug fixes

Reviewers are now allowed to start new reviews for appraisal forms
Previously, reviewers were not allowed to start new reviews when working with appraisal forms. They were only able to continue reviews that were created by the instructor of that course. Since appraisal forms are used during live assignments, reviewers now have the ability to start reviews themselves.

Fixed an issue where the preview of the cover page did not display when moving ownership of a result
Previously, the cover page of a result uploaded via the new scan page would not show the cover page for the 'Move ownership' dialog. Now, this has been resolved and the first page is shown as intended.

Fixed an issue where validating enrolments would not show the first page of a written assignment
Previously, the cover page of a result uploaded via the new scan page would not show the cover page for the 'Validate enrolments' dialog. Now, this has been resolved and the first page is shown as intended.

Fixed an issue where guess correction options were turned off but not always saved correctly
Previously, disabling guess correction would turn off related options, but their values were not always saved correctly. Now, the guess correction options remain unchanged and are only disabled when guess correction is disabled.
