Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where Safe Exam Browser didn't work when using URL filtering
  Previously, Safe Exam Browser incorrectly detected configurations as invalid when using URL filtering with expressions containing an ampersand (&). This issue has been resolved, and expressions with ampersands no longer trigger errors.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where custom Safe Exam Browser configurations did not work
  Previously, custom configurations with floating-point numbers were always detected as incorrect. This happened because floating-point numbers were handled differently when calculating the configuration key. Now, floating-point numbers are processed correctly, preventing the incorrect configuration error. This ensures students can access the digital test or view the publication without issues.
  
  
• Fixed an issue with user imports when the email field was left empty
  Previously, if the email field was blank, the import would update the first existing account without an email. This has now been resolved. Accounts without an email address will no longer be updated when the email field is empty. Instead, the import will try to create a new user.
  
  
• Fixed an issue with accessing assignments through an LMS that could block other requests
  Previously, retrieving a user’s course role from the LMS could take too long, causing problems for other requests. Now, we detect when these requests are unusually slow. If a request times out, the user will be notified.
