Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue with Proctorio did not support digital tests with multiple attempts
  Previously, after completing the Proctorio setup, the "Start digital test" button would sometimes remain disabled, particularly during a second attempt when multiple attempts were allowed. Now, the button will be correctly enabled or disabled based on the completion of the Proctorio setup, regardless of the attempt number.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where the highest and lowest mark limit was not applied to the marks graph in the assignment insights
  Previously, the highest and lowest mark limit would not be applied to the marks graph within the assignment insights. The graph would always display horizontal axis between 1 and 10. Now, the highest and lowest mark limit are correctly applied to the marks graph. The marks graph calculates the data in realtime, so all graphs are displaying the correct data.
  
  
• Fixed the performance of API logs
  Previously, log API endpoints could time out due to slow performance. We have now improved the performance to prevent this.
• 
  The maximum number of plays for audio and video fragments can now be set when importing media in QTI
  When a mediaInteraction includes the "maxPlays" attribute, the number of plays for the audio or video fragment in the description will be set according to the value specified for that attribute.
