Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where you could no longer reply to flags
  During the preparations for releasing the new flags feature, the permission to reply to flags was accidentally removed. This issue has now been resolved, and replying to flags functions as it did previously.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where the best attempt was not exported if the mark calculation was set to 'None'
  Previously, the attempt that was exported in an assignment with multiple attempts was random if the mark calculation was set to 'None'. Now, if the mark calculation is set to 'None', the attempt with the highest points is exported.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where questions with 0 points would sometimes be left ungraded
  Previously, it was possible for a question to have no score by moving the result back to 'Busy' in the 'Taking' screen without an answer filled in for one of the questions. This has now been fixed so that the question is correctly worth 0 points after being moved back to 'Busy'.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where the review progress bar showed an unreviewed percentage for fully reviewed exercises
  Previously, a fully reviewed exercise could still incorrectly indicate that a percentage of the questions had not been reviewed. Now, the review percentage accurately represents the number of questions that have been reviewed.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where it could occur that a 'Something went wrong' page would be shown while reviewing
  Previously, the 'Something went wrong' page would appear during reviewing if questions were navigated too quickly. This problem has been resolved.
