Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where copying image descriptions would not copy the image if the description originated from an archived assignment
  Previously, the image in an image description would not copy over when duplicating a question bank exercise. Now, the image is successfully copied along with the rest of the question bank exercise.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where a duplicated match question in a question bank exercise could not be added to a course assignment
  Previously, question bank exercises containing duplicated match questions could not be added to a course assignment. These exercises can now be properly added to course assignments.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where administrators and department administrators were unable to see trashed question banks
  Previously, administrators and department administrators were not able to view trashed question banks. Now the trashed question banks overview displays the trashed question banks again.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where solving scan issues would result in incorrect review percentages
  Previously, the grading progress counter on the assignment overview page within the course did not update correctly when resolving duplicate scans. Now, the grading progress is properly reflected after resolving scan issues, and any previous incorrect percentages have been corrected.
  
  Fixed an issue where you could not edit the pass mark when creating a table manually
  Previously, setting the pass mark was not possible when using the 'Table' mark calculation type. Now, the pass mark row includes an edit option, allowing the pass mark to be set as needed.
