Bug fixes
-
Fixed an issue where the search history would not be shown during grading
Previously, when navigating through different participants in the grading overview, the list of participants in the search history would not update. Now, the search functionality correctly retains the results the reviewer has accessed. -
Fixed an issue where objectives with identical names could be inadvertently created within a single domain via the metadata import
Previously, when importing objectives using metadata, duplicate objectives with the same name could be inadvertently created, even if one already existed. Now, the metadata import process correctly identifies existing objectives and avoids creating duplicates with the same name.
-
Fixed an issue where correct answer options were not properly saved in fill-in question gaps when displaying answer options
Previously, if automatic scoring was enabled for fill-in questions, adding new incorrect options would falsely mark them as correct when saved for the first time. Now, newly added incorrect options remain marked as incorrect.
-
Fixed an issue where using "click and drop" instead of "drag and drop" sometimes failed to register answers in hotspot questions
Previously, in hotspot and hotspot match questions with multiple markers, when one marker was selected and placed on the canvas image by left-clicking instead of dragging, its position would not be saved when a second marker was subsequently selected in the same manner. In this sequence, the first marker would be removed from the canvas image and placed back in the marker box when the participant returned to the question, either through page reload or by navigating between exercises. Now, markers are properly saved on the canvas image when subsequent marker selections are made with a direct left-click.
-
Fixed an issue where it was not possible to remove certain annotations made by the pen tool in written assignments
Previously, it was possible to use the pen tool in a manner that made the annotation non selectable, thereby preventing users from removing them when necessary. Now, annotations are once again selectable and can be deleted as needed.
-
Fixed an issue where a draft discussion failed to redirect to the appropriate discussion if it had already been closed
Previously, when attempting to view a draft message in a closed discussion via the review overview, a message would display stating that no question could be found. To prevent confusion, the button for accessing draft messages has been removed in closed discussions.

Changed the recognition of multiple response questions
To prevent multiple response questions with ambiguous answers from being incorrectly graded, we have made changes to the way they are recognised.Multiple response answers were categorised in 4 different states.
0: The box has been left empty
1: The box has a cross
2: The box is fully coloured
3. The box has been corrected because there is cross outside of the fully coloured box.Previously, If the student only had boxes in state 1, those are selected. If the student had boxes in state 1 and 2, only those in state 2 were selected. Boxes in state 3 were always ignored as they are seen as being crossed out.
With the update, we will no longer automatically grade the multiple response question if we identify different states of answers. Instead the question will remain ungraded and will require manual review. This change is a safety precaution to prevent multiple response choices from being graded incorrectly.
Please be aware that it will only change the grading for future uploaded scans.
