Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where the content in the 'Missing pages' dialog would sometimes become hidden due to its length
  When dealing with lengthy content inside 'Missing pages' dialog, the user would sometimes need to scroll left or right to view the content in its entirety. We have increased the width of the dialog, allowing our users to see the content in its entirety and without the need to scroll.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where feedback in an appraisal form was still visible despite the exercise being excluded from a publication
  Previously, the feedback of an appraisal form would still be displayed even though the exercise had been excluded in the publication settings. This fix ensures that feedback is not shown if the exercise has been excluded from the publication.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where the pass rates for recently taken assignments were not shown in the API
  Previously, the pass rates for assignments that were recently taken were not shown in the API. This has now been fixed and the pass rate is shown correctly.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where the total points would not always be displayed for written assignments
  Previously, the total points of a result would not be displayed unless all automatically graded questions had received points. This logic has been removed for non digital test assignments, as it is possible that an automatically graded question does not receive points automatically if the student had not answered the question. Or in the case of written assignments, the system could not recognise the choices selected.
