Bug fixes

• 
  Fixed an issue where not all dropdown options were imported for a fill-in question during a QTI import 
  Previously, when importing a QTI file, the imported dropdown options for a fill-in question would only consist of the correct options. Now, the QTI import will also include the incorrect options in the dropdown, for a fill-in question.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where an incorrect amount of participants would be shown in the group and class comparison of the question insights
  Previously, in the group and class comparison of the question insights, the total amount of students in the group or class who were participating in the assignment, were shown instead of users who submitted their assignment. Now, the amount of participants will only display the amount of students who submitted their assignment.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where it was not possible to display disapproved results
  Due to a recent change, disapproved results were no longer visible in the results overview. Since it was not possible to filter on these results, they could not be retrieved. Disapproved results are now shown in the results overview again.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where the result domains in the preview mode of an assignment would not show any data
  Previously, when previewing an assignment, the result domains were not calculated for the preview result and therefore not shown. Now, the preview result will also display the data from the result domains tab.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where it was not possible to add users to a course
  Previously, the dialog to add users to a course would not load if one of the users in the list had a comma at the end of their name. Now, the dialog will load the users.
