Bug fixes

Fixed an issue where participants could modify their answers until the timeslot deadline in cases where the result was manually marked as submitted
We found an issue where participants could still modify their answers even after an invigilator had manually moved their result to the submitted column. This fix ensures that a participant cannot change their answers after the standard 30 second grace period as intended.
