Ans provides an overview of activities performed within your school. The overview helps you to keep track of the changes that have been made on school level. It is mostly used for audit purposes. All changes after the 6th of September 2020 are visible in the log. You can find the log by following the steps below. 

Below, you can find an overview of the actions that are being logged.

• Creating, trashing and restoring of:
  • Question banks
  • Courses
  • Assignments (both within courses and question banks)
• School and user default settings:
  • Name of the school
  • Default language
  • Time zone of the school
  • Start of the school year
  • Name sorting
  • Student ID number length
• Default review options:
  • Apply guess correction
    • Generally
    • Limit to zero
    • To answered questions only
  • Automatic scoring
  • Mark calculation
    • Marking formula
    • Minimum mark
    • Maximum mark
    • Pass limit
    • Rounding
  • Review period
• Account and authentication settings:
  • Enforce custom domain
  • Enforce Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Require two-factor authentication (2FA)
  • Prevent SSO from creating or updating accounts
• All actions logged in courses
• Adding or removing of users including their role in both courses and question banks

The log displays the following information for each action:

• The user who performed the action, along with their role.
• A description of the action, including references to relevant objects such as assignments, courses, or question banks. These objects are clickable for further details.
• The IP address from which the action was performed.
• The date and time of the action.
