Bug fixes

Fixed QTI export for order question
Previously, the QTI results export in V2 of the API would export the order question wrongly. Now the export represents the order of answers given by the student.
Fixed an issue where sending requests via 'Ask a question' did not work
Previously, submitting a ticket to support through the platform did not work, due to an internal change. Now this has been resolved so that tickets can be sent once again.
