Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue when converting a peer- or self-reviewed digital test to a written assignment
  Previously, when converting a peer- or self-reviewed digital test to a written assignment, the grading mode would not be updated, resulting in a written assignment with an unsupported grading mode. Now, the grading mode is updated so the grading mode is supported.
   
• Fixed an issue where dynamic mark variables were no longer shown correctly
  Previously an issue was introduced where dynamic mark calculation variables would sometimes appear without their chip, exposing the internal names of the variables in plain text. Now this has been fixed and the variables have their correct chip again.
   
• Fixed an issue where a removed result would not move the user back to the not started yet column of the new taking page
  Previously, when a submitted result was removed then the learner would no longer be shown in the "Not started yet" column of the session of the taking page. Now, the learner is shown on the not started yet column again when their result gets removed. 
   
• Fixed an issue where external users would not receive an invitation if SSO was enforced
  Previously, when inviting an external user to your school, the user would not receive an email invitation if SSO was enforced. Now, the external user will receive an invitation even if SSO is enforced.
   
• Fixed an issue where exercises were not randomised when using the deprecated generate forms (Canon only)
  Previously, using the old way to generate forms, which is only possible through Canon, the order exercises would appear in could not be randomised. Now, the shuffling of these exercises has been fixed, so that the order is always randomised.
