In the settings of your school, you have the option to set the publication defaults for all assignments. When an instructor is ready to publish the results of their assignment, the default settings will already be checked. They can still check or uncheck the options that apply to their publication. All publication options are explained in the publish results article. The restricted access options (password and restriction based on IP address) are not included in the publication defaults.
If you make changes to the publication defaults, the changes will only be applied to newly created assignments. Any assignments which were scheduled before will not contain the publication default changes.
To set the publication defaults, follow the steps below.
- Click the domainSchool name in the menu on the left.
- Click settingsSettings in the menu at the top.
- Click Publication defaults in the menu on the left.
- Check or uncheck the publication options that apply. Changes are saved automatically.
