Ans does not currently provide a dedicated DSAR tool that returns all personal data for one user. To complete a DSAR, administrators collect result data manually in Ans.
This article explains how administrators can collect the Ans data needed for a DSAR.
Steps
To fulfil a DSAR involving Ans result data, follow the steps below.
- Click the School name in the menu on the left.
- Open Users and identify the requester.
- Open the dedicated user results page for that user.
- Export or collect all result data for each relevant assignment and publication.
- Verify that the dataset includes all student answers and all scores or grades.
- Combine this Ans result data with other relevant data in your institution's full DSAR response.
- If support is needed, contact Ans support. Ans will assist with the request in line with the DPA.
