Use quick comments

In your account settings, you have the option to import, export and add new quick comments.

Quick comments are a great way to give feedback while reviewing questions. If you often use the same comments, you can save them as quick comments. This way you just need to click on quick comments and select the comment you want to use. You can also adjust the comment if only part of the comment is applicable. 

Add a new quick comment

  1. Click the -icon at the top right.
  2. Click Settings. 
  3. Click Quick comments in the menu on the left. 
  4. Click on New quick comment and fill in the quick comment name and the comment feedback. 
  5. Click Save.

Import quick comments

  1. Click the -icon at the top right.
  2. Click Settings. 
  3. Click Quick comments in the menu on the left. 
  4. Click on Import and click Browse for a file and select the file, or drag and drop the file into the dialog. 
  5. To make use of a template, click Download template.csv. The template consists of two columns, one with the shortcut name and one with the comment.

Export quick comments

  1. Click the -icon at the top right.
  2. Click Settings. 
  3. Click Quick comments in the menu on the left. 
  4. Click Export and a .CSV file with your quick comments will be downloaded automatically. 


Delete quick comments

  1. Click the -icon at the top right.
  2. Click Settings. 
  3. Click Quick comments in the menu on the left. 
  4. Click the more_horiz-icon in the bar of the comment you want to delete and select Remove. 
  5. Click Confirm.
