Within Ans there are several roles such as Instructor, Repro, Department admin and Administrator. When you invite a new employee to your course, you can automatically assign them one of these roles.
You can invite an employee to your course by following the steps below.
- Click the person-icon in the menu at the top.
- Click Employees in the menu at the top left.
- Click the drop down menu New employee. You will automatically be instructed to pick the employee role.
- Fill in the required data of the new employee.
- Click Create and fill in the required data.
- The employee will then receive an invitation via e-mail granting them access to Ans.
