Within Ans there are several roles such as Instructor, Repro, Department admin and Administrator. When you invite a new employee to your course, you can automatically assign them one of these roles.
You can invite an employee to your course by following the steps below.
- Click the domainSchool name in the menu on the left.
- Click personUsers in the menu at the top.
- Click on the Employees tab.
- Click the button New employee.
- Fill in the required data of the new employee. You also need to pick the employee role.
- Click Create.
- The employee will then receive an invitation via e-mail granting them access to Ans.
