- Navigate to the desired section using the side navigation in the panel.
- Configure the settings as needed.
- Click Update to save your changes. The panel remains open so you can preview the result and make further edits.
Cover page
Cover page
In the Cover page section, you can determine which information is displayed on the cover page of the written assignment.
- Display exercise count box
Displays a visual overview of the number of exercises on the cover page. - Ask for student name
Students are required to enter their name on the cover page. - Display assignment timeslot
Displays the scheduled date and time of the assignment on the cover page. The assignment must be scheduled before this information can be shown. - Show instructions for multiple choice and multiple response questions
Displays instructions for answering multiple choice and multiple response questions on the cover page. - Assignment instructions
Add instructions that will be displayed on the official Ans cover page. These instructions can be used to provide participants with additional information about the assignment. This could, for example, be a cover page containing additional information, a formula sheet, or tables required to answer the questions. Assignment instructions are added to the official Ans cover page, where students enter their student number. With formula sheets, for example, students often detach them for use during the assignment and forget to submit them afterwards. To prevent missing pages during scanning, these sheets can also be provided as a separate attachment.
- Custom cover file Deprecated
Upload a custom cover file that will be placed before the official Ans cover page. This functionality has been deprecated and will no longer be available after September 1, 2026.
