Managing learners across multiple platforms can be time-consuming and prone to errors. With the 'Sync learners with LMS' feature, you can automatically synchronise learners from your Learning Management System (LMS) to your courses in Ans. This ensures that your course users in Ans always reflects the latest enrolment changes in your LMS—without the need for manual updates.

To synchronise the learners of your LMS course with your Ans course, you need to set up a deep link integration. If you have already set up the LMS integration without a deep link, we recommend removing it and creating a new one, as the settings need to be updated. Here you can find the instructions on how to set up an LTI integration with the correct settings to use this functionality.

After setting up the LMS integration, you need to allow Ans to add users to a course in the integration settings. To enable this, follow the steps below.
