The Ans Status Page, provides real-time updates regarding any ongoing incidents or disruptions that may affect the functionality of our platform.
Status page interface
History
Here you can find all previous incidents. Each incident notice provides details about the initial identification of the issue and its subsequent resolution. The notice also specifies the components that were affected by the incident. Notices are categorised based on one of the following statuses:
- Investigating: the issue is not yet identified
- Identified: the issue has been found by the technical team
- Recovering: the technical team is working on a fix
- Resolved: the fix has been deployed
Manage subscription
Here you can provide your email address to receive notifications about future incidents. Optionally, you can choose to be notified via Slack or Microsoft Teams. If you prefer not to receive any notifications, you can unsubscribe from our notification service.

Subscribe
If you click the button Subscribe, you will be prompted to fill in your email address. After filling in your email address and clicking Start subscription, you will receive a confirmation message in your inbox. After accepting the invitation, you will start receiving updates regarding the status of Ans. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Post mortem reports
After an incident occurs and is resolved, the Development Team compiles an incident report known as a 'post mortem report'. You can find the post-mortem reports here.
