On 18 October 2026, the links feature in question bank assignments will be permanently removed due to very limited usage.
What does this mean?
From 18 October 2026 onwards, it will no longer be possible to view or add links in question bank assignments. Any existing links will be permanently deleted.
Links were only visible to instructors and never shown to students. This means there is no impact on students or on the assessment experience.
Why are we making this change?
In the 5 years that links have been available, fewer than 100 links have been created across all question banks. Given this very low adoption, we are removing the feature to simplify the platform.
