Before printing a written assignment, the number of copies first needs to be specified and downloaded. To download your assignment, follow the steps below.
- Navigate to your assignment.
- Click print Print in the bottom right corner.
- Fill in the amount of forms required.

Click Generate for classes, click the dropdown menu Select classes and select the classes you want to generate personal forms for. - Click Create and the forms will be generated. While the system is generating the forms, you can leave the page and come back later to download them or to send them to a printing company.
- Click Download and a zip-file containing the forms will be downloaded.
Generate more forms
If you wish to generate more forms after you have downloaded the first forms, follow the steps below.
- Navigate to your assignment.
- Click print Print in the bottom right corner.
- Click Need more forms?.
- Fill in the total amount of forms (number of already generated forms + number of extra forms).
- Click Create and the extra forms will be generated.
- Click Download and a zip file containing the already generated forms and the extra forms will be downloaded.
Edit a written assignment after printing
If you wish to make any adjustments to the written assignment after you have generated and/or printed the forms, you will first need to delete the generated forms. Please keep in mind, this also means that you will not be able to use the previously generated forms as a new barcode is generated every time.
To delete the generated forms, follow the steps below.
- Navigate to your assignment.
- Click print Print in the bottom right corner.
- Click Edit form?
- Click Delete to delete all existing forms.
Additional tips for printing with Windows
If you wish to print your written assignment with Windows 7 and higher, follow the steps below.
- From the Start Menu, select Devices and Printers.
- Locate the printer you'll print to, and right-click. Select Properties.
- Change any default settings to the settings you will use for this print job.
- Now, double-click the printer to open the print queue box.
- Drag all exams into the print queue box.
- A dialog box confirms that you want to print multiple files at once - click OK.
