Please note: The scheduled maintenance windows are subject to change, and one or more maintenance windows may be canceled if deemed unnecessary. Updates will be communicated in advance in the status banner in the platform and in this article.

Impact

During the maintenance windows, the application will be taken offline for 4 hours (22.00 - 02:00) to perform an update to our PostgreSQL database. This upgrade is necessary to ensure the system's stability and optimise overall performance.

What to expect

The application will be unavailable for the entire duration of the maintenance windows. You will not be able to access any services or perform any actions within the application during this period. All ongoing sessions will be terminated, and users will be logged out.

Action required

To minimise any inconvenience, we kindly request you to plan your activities accordingly and save any unsaved work before the maintenance begins. There is no action required after the maintenance.

Post-maintenance verification
