It might be possible that student information is missing. Although some student information is mandatory, it can happen that information is missing.
This can happen when a student has taken a written assignment. It is not necessary to upload a list of participants for your written assignment before the assignment takes place. After the scans are uploaded, Ans will recognise and register the student numbers filled in on the cover page. As Ans does not want to delay the process, the teacher can start reviewing right away. It is possible to upload a list of participants to a course after uploading the assignment. It is also possible to enrich the student data manually. To do this, follow the steps below.
- Click your business School name in the top left.
- Click settings Settings in the menu at the top.
- Click Enrich students in the menu on the left.
- The screen below will appear.
In the menu, all students which have missing information will appear. From this menu, you can enrich the students' data:
- First name
- Middle name (not mandatory)
- Last name
- Student number
At least one of the four mandatory fields (marked with an *-sign) is filled in. It might be possible that the email address is filled in as well, for example, if your single-sign-on solution has added the email address after matching the student number with your account database.
Fill in the missing details and click Save & next. You can also click Delete user if you want to delete the account.
