• What new feature or improvement would you like to see in Ans?
• Why do you want this feature? What problem are you trying to solve or what opportunity are you looking to take advantage of?
• How would this feature help you? What tasks would it make easier or more efficient?
• What solutions or methods are you currently using to address this issue?
• Are there any important aspects or specific requirements we should keep in mind?
• Have others in your organisation also expressed a need for this feature? If so, who?
• How important is this feature to you? Is it critical, important, or nice to have?

This information helps us understand your needs better and address the most important issues effectively.

How we decide what to work on

We carefully read every feature request. Instead of deciding on individual features, we focus on understanding the underlying problems our users face. We prioritise based on:

1. Reach: How many users are affected?
2. Impact: The potential improvement in user experience and our business.
3. Confidence: How certain we are about the problem, supported by data.
4. Effort: The resources required to solve the problem.

Please note, that we do not provide status updates on feature requests, but every suggestion is carefully read and helps shape the future of Ans.
