In the previous step you learnt how to add exercises to your question bank. After creating a new exercise a new page extension Question bank exercise will open. By default, the page will open on the Exercise tab. From here, you can add a label, add tags, add relations and add a new description and new question to your exercise.
New Description
A description can be added to your exercise to explain further or give more background information about the question or questions you are adding to your exercise. A description can come in the form of audio, code, description (plain text), image and video. Read more about the description types here. Adding a description to your exercise is recommended but not required.
To add a description, click New Description. A dialogue will open where you can select the description type. Fill in or add the content and click Save.
New Question
After creating an exercise, you can add a one or multiple questions to it. Each question type has its own specific properties. A question is part of an exercise which is used to acquire an answer from the student. Different question types can be used within the same exercise. You can see an overview of the question types here.
After creating a new description and new question, the preview will display on the right side.
