In the previous step, you learnt how to view the results overview of your digital test. In this step, you will learn how to view the results of an individual student.
To view the individual results of a student, click on policy Results at the top from within your assignment. This will take you to the results overview page. You can then click on the result number of the individual student or find the student you want to view by using the search bar.
When you click on the result number of a specific student, a new page will open. On the left side of the page you will see a box that displays the result number, the student name, the student number, the date and time they started and submitted their test, the export result option, the mark and points awarded and a link to view the student's answers.
Next to this box, you will see several tabs (this amount may vary depending on the integrations that were enabled in your test). In the tabs you can view the exercises, the objectives, uploaded files, discussions, audit log and the settings of the result.
In the Exercises tab, you can see how many points the student scored per question.
If your school uses objectives you can see how well the student scored on each objective in this test. You can also compare the result of the student to the average results of all students that took the test.
In the files tab you can view the files the student uploaded during the test. In instances where a student has not correctly uploaded a file, you can add this file for them afterwards by clicking New file.
If this option is enabled in the publication settings and the student has started a discussion, then the discussion history can be viewed here.
The audit log shows the student activities during the test. This includes the time and dates in which they started the test, submitted the test, answered a question and viewed an exercise. The IP address of each activity is also displayed.
Under the settings, you have the option to. Keep in mind, if the beta feature Reviews is enabled, these options will be different:
Click on Approve to mark the student's result as approved.
- Disapprove results
Click on Disapprove to mark the student's result as disapproved.
- Remove results
If you click Remove, the result of the student will be removed.
If Proctorio was enabled during the digital test, you can view the recording of the student from here.
If Turnitin was enabled during the digital test, you are able to see the significance score which is expressed in the percentage of content that matched their database. You can also open the detailed overview of the matched content within Turnitin itself by clicking on the button 'Open in Turnitin' under each specific question.
If Ouriginal was enabled during the digital test, you are able to see the significance score which is expressed in the percentage of content that matched their database. You can also open the detailed overview of the matched content within Ouriginal by clicking on the blue percentage score. .
