In the previous step, you learnt how adjust the result options. In this step, you will learn how to export the results of your digital test. It is often required to export grades for your schools own grading system.
To export the results of your digital test, click on policy Results within your assignment. You will be brought to the result overview page. On the right side of the overview you will see the drop down menu Export. You can choose to Export results or Export answers.
If you want to export the results for a digital test, you can select the Export results option. You can choose whether to include the question number and the export format.
To select the level of detail of the results, you can make a selection under Information*
This will export the grade, letter grade and number of points per student
- Points per question
This will export the points per question, per student
- Points per criterion
This will export the points per criterion and specific adjustments
- Multiple choice per question
This will export the multiple choice options chosen per student, per question
- Fill-in the gaps answer per question
This will export the fill in the gaps answer given per student, per question
Export student answers
If you want to export the answers given by students for open questions on a digital test, you can select the Export answers option. You can choose whether to include the question number or question text and also choose the to use the format plain text or HTML.
