In the previous step, you learnt how to add comments while reviewing your digital test. In this step you will learn how to flag an answer in a digital test.
Reviewers can flag questions if they are uncertain about the number of points to award the student for a specific question. Instructors can then take a look at the flagged questions to give the decisive answer.
Flag a question
To flag a question during grading click on the Flag tab. On this tab you will see all flags that have been added. To add a new flag, click on the +Flag button. The flag will open a text editor to put in your comment. When you are done writing the reason you flagged this question, click on Save. You can also click the more_vert-icon to edit or delete your flag.
View and resolve flags
When you are on the review overview screen, you can click on the 'x unresolved flags' badge to go through all questions that have been flagged. The flag section on the right will automatically open and you can read the flag comment the reviewer put in. You can choose to resolve the flag yourself or you can leave a reply. If you want to resolve the flag, click on Resolve in the top right corner of the flag. If you want to revert your decision to resolve a flag, you can click on Reopen.
If more flags need to be reviewed, click Next unresolved flag and you will be taken to the next unresolved flag. Once all unresolved flags have been resolved, you will automatically be taken back to the review overview screen.
Resolve all flags
It is also possible to solve all flags for a specific question or all flags at once. This can be done from the review overview screen by clicking on the dropdown menu next to mark_chat_read Review and clicking on the option Resolve all flags.
We hope you have found these steps helpful. For any other questions, you can use the search bar at the top of the screen or search our How-to articles.
